Yingchen Xu

Yingchen is a third-year PhD student in Computer Science at University College London (UCL), under the supervision of Edward Grefenstette and Tim Rocktäschel. She works as a PhD Researcher at FAIR London, where she conducts research on deep reinforcement learning with a focus on world models, generalization, and data efficiency. Prior to pursuing her PhD, Yingchen studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Rice University and gained experience working on applied machine learning in the Bay Area.
