Where is Meta AI available?
Meta AI is available in more than 200 countries and territories across our family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger) and on web (meta.ai)*.
The Meta AI mobile app is currently available in 186 countries on iOS and Android. If you are in a country where the app is available but Meta AI assistant is not yet available directly in the app, you can still use the app as the companion app to set up and manage your Ray-Ban Meta glasses.
Certain Meta AI features are only available in select countries and territories. Some of these features may roll out slowly over time.

Text-based chats with Meta AI are supported in Arabic, English, French, German, Hindi, Hindi-Romanized Script, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, and Vietnamese.
Voice conversations with Meta AI are available in English in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Do I need to have Ray-Ban Meta glasses to use the Meta AI app?
If AI features in the app are available in your country, you can use the app to have conversations with Meta AI, generate images, and browse the Discover feed without Ray-Ban Meta glasses.
If AI features are not yet available in your country but you do have Ray-Ban Meta glasses, you will still use the Meta AI app to set up and manage your Ray-Ban Meta glasses. In these countries, you can only access the app when you pair your glasses.
